I bought a new Keystoker HF90 from Scott. He was great to deal with and his prices were the best I found anywhere. His customer focused attitude was refreshing. He made sure that all concerns were addressed and even followed up with an email shortly after I got it installed to make sure everything was OK. Dealing with Scott is like having a friend in the business.

Reading susquehanna stoker furnace:
I purchased my first susquehanna in 2008,worked flawlessly for 15 years so it was time to purchase a new susquehanna for my house because the rust was starting to chip away at it ,which is totally normal for a coal furnace in a basement, the old still works great though , so I'll be moving it into my shop after some minor repair on the rust , but this is by far the easiest stove to use and operate and the heat it gives off is perfect for a 2000 sq ft house + basement, also dealing with Scott (Dr Deck) who I purchased it through was also a flawless experience

Beautiful Stove:
After many years of coal burning, finally decided to buy a new stove instead of another used one. I did quite a bit of comparison shopping among better stoves and kept going back to the Keystoker. I bought the HF90 from the Doc. I was delighted when I finally saw the stove when I picked it up at the plant. The construction and finish of the stove are top notch. Now I understand what my coal burning friends in Skook are talking about when they mentioned their Keystokers. Can't wait to get it fired up! The stove is better than I expected, the price was the best I found, and the Doc kept in touch with me throughout the process. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Scott at Dr. Deck Coal Stoves is a Top Notch, most helpful person I've ever received help from.
I emailed this site looking for a couple replacement parts for my keystoker coal stove.
Scott promptly emailed me back and asked a few more questions to better his knowledge of why I needed the parts.
Little did I know, he was VERY instrumental in me getting my coal stove back up in running condition.
He graciously helped me repair my stove by giving me directions over the phone.
His knowledge of keystoker coal stoves is immeasurable and I contribute the operation of my coal stove to him.
Thank you so much, Scott. Even though I haven't met you, I feel like you're a friend with all the time we
spent chatting and the help you provided me.
