Warranty:
It is expressly acknowledged and agreed that Dr.Deck Coal Stoves. is not a manufacturer of products. Any and all warranties provided for any products sold or distributed by Dr.Deck Coal Stoves. shall be limited to those expressly provided by the manufacturer of those products. The return shipping cost will be entirly covered by the individual who made the purchase.
No refund for shipping cost will be made by Dr.Deck Coal Stoves for any reason.
All returns must be arranged with our Customer Service Department.
If you submit a request for return you must await the appropriate return instructions via email.
The following Goods cannot be returned for any reason:

Returning Goods:
